Technical Consultant (CRM)

The Technical Consultant (Microsoft Dynamics CRM) will provide pre- and post-sales consulting and implement solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

Key responsibilities:

• Implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions

• Liaise with client to gather functional and technical requirements and documentation

• Manage project implementation, deployment of CRM modules and customize solutions

• Perform project scoping and estimation and fit-gap analysis

• Any other ad-hoc duties as required or assigned
